When buying a product from the BirdGard Iberia online store, three types of warranties are available:
- 14-Day Return Warranty, which applies to all products in our catalogue.
- 30-Day Money-Back Warranty, which applies to a selection of products from our catalogue, the description of which specifies "30-day Money-Back Warranty".
- 3-Year Manufacturer's Warranty, which applies to all products in our catalogue.
If due to a mistake by BirdGard Iberia you receive a product different from the one you requested, the correct product will be delivered to you at no additional charge.

Below we will explain the conditions of each of the three types of warranties with which you will be provided when purchasing your repeller at the BirdGard Iberia online store:
14-Day Return Warranty
You have a period of fourteen days from the receipt of your order to return the products purchased. This return warranty applies to all products purchased at the BirdGard Iberia online store.
Within this period, you can return any product that you have purchased at the BirdGard Iberia online store, provided that the products have not been opened or used and still have their seal or original packaging.
To avoid any type of damage during shipping, all merchandise must be returned in its original state, in perfect condition and protected, avoiding stickers, seals or adhesive tape directly on the surface or packaging of the item.
Within the stipulated period, you must notify BirdGard Iberia’s Customer Service Department (info@birdgard.es) of your desire to make a return. In this email, you must indicate the order number, and attach your purchase invoice.
You will receive an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorisation) number along with return instructions.
The fourteen-day return period begins on the day your order is delivered and ends on the day you return the order in its original packaging, along with the instruction manuals and all accessories. The products must be returned in the same condition in which you received them. Therefore, new products must be returned new, unused and complete.
Merely obtaining an RMA number within fourteen days does not guarantee a refund. The returned item’s packaging must be postmarked on or before the 14th day to be eligible.
We recommend you hire a tracking service and insurance when making the return. This will allow you to track the shipment, you will have a receipt warranty and you will be protected in the event that the courier company loses the package. BirdGard Iberia is not responsible for packages lost by the courier company. You will have to bear the package’s shipping costs.
Once the returned product is received, we will issue a refund of the price of the product using the same method of payment that you used for the purchase. Shipping costs and refund commissions, if any, will not be refunded. The refund will be processed within 7 business days of receiving the returned product. A refund confirmation message will be sent to your email address.
30-Day Money-Back Warranty
For a selection of products, with a description specifying "30-Day Money-Back Warranty", we offer you an exclusive money-back guarantee for a period of 30 days.
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase during the first thirty days, contact the BirdGard Iberia Customer Service Department: info@birdgard.es and you will receive an RMA (return item authorisation) number along with instructions to make the return.
The 30-day warranty begins the day your order is delivered to you and ends the day you return the equipment to us in its original packaging, along with the instruction manuals and all accessories. Merely obtaining an RMA number within 30 days does not guarantee a refund. To meet the requirements, the returned item’s packaging must be postmarked on or before the 30th day to be eligible.

3-Year warranty from the manufacturer
Since 1 January 2022, legislation has been in force in Spain transforming the two-year legal warranty for products into a three-year legal warranty. Products purchased after 1 January 2022 already have a three-year manufacturer's warranty, instead of a two-year one.
If a product that you have purchased at the BirdGard Iberia online store stops working, you will have to send it to us for review. In such cases, contact BirdGard Iberia’s Customer Service Department: info@birdgard.es and you will receive instructions to send us the product for review.
Bear in mind that the warranty does not cover those defects caused by incorrect use of the product and/or handling it in manners other than those necessary to establish its nature, characteristics or operation. In these cases, you will be responsible for the repair. Therefore, the following are excluded from the warranty:
- Defects and deterioration caused by external events, accidents—mainly electrical accidents—, wear and tear and use not in accordance with the instructions of BirdGard Iberia or the manufacturer of the product.
- Products modified or repaired by the customer or any other person not authorised by BirdGard Iberia.
To review the product, you must send it in its original packaging, including the instruction manuals and all accessories. This is an essential condition of the manufacturer's warranty.

Once the product is received, we will proceed to review it, and—if applicable—send the damaged product to the manufacturer for repair or replacement with a new item. Once we have repaired or replaced the item, we will contact you again to confirm the shipment of the package. You will have to bear the shipping costs of the package.
